It is also a perfect opportunity for overseas enterprises to know more about China, meet more Chinese businessmen and pursue development. Then which groups of overseas enterprises are able to attend the Canton Fair and what about the application procedure.
Application Method
An overseas enterprise can apply for Canton Fair in China Foreign Trade Centre directly or in the exhibitor invitation agencies authorized by China Foreign Trade Centre. Those qualified enterprises should downloaded the Exhibitor Application Form in the official website of Canton Fair and hand it to the China Foreign Trade Centre on the dates scheduled.
Application Qualification
1) Enterprises must have been registered for 3 years or above according to applicable law in a country or region outside the China mainland, and must provide the copy of the certificate of incorporation (sealed) or other valid certificates.
Applicants who entrust a branch or a third party (a formal agent or a retail trader) in mainland China must apply to the fair organizer or agents appointed by the fair organizer on paper, and provide the following documents: the original of authorized exhibit form, the copy of agent letter of attorney (sealed) of a branch or a third party authorized by the applicant or other documents that can prove the relationship between the two side.
2) Exhibits must fall within the scope of the exhibition catalogue of the China Import and Export Fair (Import Exhibits part), and be produced in a region outside of the mainland China. The enterprise must provide the copy of the certificate of origin.
3) Enterprises must not enter the exhibition hall and arrange exhibits during exhibition organization until they provide the customs specifications or ATA Carnet of all exhibits.
Time for Payment of exhibition position
Enterprises must pay for the exhibition position once and for all to the fair organizer or agents appointed by the fair organizer within 3 working days after they receive the Exhibition Stand Confirmation.
