Commission Fee
Commission Fee differs with cities. For example, in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, the fee charges higher than other cities, for those are popular foreign investment cities. Commission Fee will be charged in two periods. The first period is from the beginning till the finish of the procedure of business license registration. The fee of this period differs with the type of the registered company. Usually the manufacturing company is charged higher than the trade company. The second period is the later procedures including enterprise code, opening a bank account, foreign exchange registration, tax registration, custom registration and some alteration procedures.

Fee Scope
Foreign funded companies include wholly foreign-owned enterprises, foreign representative offices, Sino-foreign joint ventures, etc. Registering a foreign representative office usually cost about RMB 5,000, while registering a wholly foreign-owned enterprise costs RMB 25,000.
