In a never-before twist for its annual HGTV Dream Home Giveaway? the network's cameras will broadcast live as one lucky viewer rounds a corner, opens a front door or perhaps steps out of a shower to find that he or she is the winner of the 2007 HGTV Dream Home. One of the network's popular on-air talent will be somewhere in the United States -- in the driveway or on the doorstep -- ready to award the prize package valued at $2.5 million during HGTV Dream Home Giveaway 2007, a live hour-long special airing on Sunday, March 18 at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT.
Host Clive Pearse will keep viewers on the edge of their seats as they wait to find out if they are the lucky winner of the custom-built Rocky Mountain home located in the Bridger's Cache Community of Winter Park, Colorado. Well-known to fans for his work as host of Designed to Sell and HGTV Design Star, Pearse will use his trademark wit and charm to engage excited viewers as the drama unfolds live.
Viewers Can Still Win
Even viewers who haven't previously entered the 2007 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway will have a chance to win cash. To add to the fun of the live broadcast, viewers will get clues throughout the show that allow them to answer a final quiz question. At the end of the broadcast, the first caller with the correct answer will win $100,000.

Breathtaking views of the continental divide and a unique ski-in, ski-out location await the winner of the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway.
