To build the International talent market of Ningbo, exploit overseas talents as a strategic facility to fuel the local economy, engage in the introduction of talents properly, establish a platform for the introduction of international talents, attract Chinese overseas students, foreign graduates to seek a job or start a new business at Ningbo, Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Ningbo Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese propose to hold “2017 Autumn Job Fair for Ningbo Overseas Students and International Talent Practice Base Awarding Ceremony.”
