AT0086 was invited for the host of “21 Century Cup”English Speaking Contest Regional Final in Hubei

On December 12th,2014， deputy director from the Research Center of AT0086 ,Mr. Du Zhenwei was invited to serve as the host of the twentieth China Daily "21st Century · Coca Cola Cup" National English Speaking Competition Regional Final in Hubei Province.24 contestants from different universities were selected for this regional final competition. Judges of this regional final competition came from Central China Normal University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Hubei University of Technology, China University of Geosciences and one English-speaking foreign teacher. Mr. Du Zhenwei from AT0086 (www.at0086.com) was invited as the host of this regional final competition.

The deputy director，Mr. Du， from the Research Center of AT0086 gave an opening address for this competition. He introduced the importance of English in communicating the world and cultural integration. From his point of view, English is an important foreshadowing of a wider horizon for Chinese college students，and also for International students. He attached a positive point of view on this authoritative event to be rigor and fairness. Mr. Du listened to every speech content of the contestant and gave frequent praise for all the players after their wonderful speeches, warmly encouraging all the contestants.

During the competition, their performance in the impromptu speech and Q & A session is well receiving and achieved rounds of applause from the audience.

After about 2 hours of competition, the championship goes to Julie Ann, from Central China Normal University. Mr. Du, Deputy Director of the Research Center from AT0086, was awarded the best organizer title issued by the Organizing Committee.

From the preliminaries to the finals, many students showed their courage on stage and their love for the English, sharing their experiences with the world. The Champion, Julia Ann, shared her experiences in Africa during impromptu speech .Her true story, enjoyable and concise statement finally defined her position in this competition.

The competition for college students greatly increased their enthusiasm on English learning, broadened the horizons of domestic students. On the closing ceremony Mr.Du to express his sincere wish that all of the college student should make good use of English so as to meet with foreign culture and accept different culture, promoting international Undergraduates exchanges and contacts with each other.
