University of Antananarivo sponsored an education exhibition during October 25-27, 2012 in Malagasy capital. All faculties in the University participated in the event to provide consultancy service for senior middle school graduates. The exhibition booth of Confucius Institute, which was based in Chinese red, was under spotlight in the event.

All faculties exhibited their history, developments, and activities in the exhibition. A red Institute poster of seven square-meters, two red Chinese lanterns, red Chinese knots, red Chinese posters, red paper-cuts, red table cloth and other decorations helped Confucius Institute booth to be eye appeal in the exhibition. In addition, Confucius Institute magazines, T-shirts, Chinese music and photos of the activities sponsored by the Institute helped the visitors to know about Chinese language and culture.

Mr. Jean-Jacques RAKOTOARISON, Director of Cabinet of Malagasy Ministry of Higher Education and Research participated in the inauguration ceremony of the event and visited the booth of Confucius Institute. According to reports, 50000 people visited the three-day exhibition，while more than 12000 visited the booth of Confucius Institute. Several media reported the exhibition of Confucius Institute.
