Deputy Minister of the education Zhang Xinsheng pointed, at present China has signed agreements with 26 countries’ government to mutually admit academic award. That remarks China higher education has acquired the admit ion of the international society. And that will do something good to Chinese schools and its teachers and stuffs to actively conducting external exchanges.

At the 25^th anniversary celebration of China education international communication association, Zhang xinsheng has made a report named China education opening to the world. He said that, at present, China government has established educational cooperation and communication with 178 countries and regions as well as some international organizations such as united nations educational scientific and cultural organization. Except that, China government has also established Consultation mechanism with many countries’ from Asian, European, Africa andOceania; signed the over one hundred agreement of mutual educational cooperation and communication.

In recent years, China has set up many kinds of educational cooperation and communication platform, such as the China-Africa education minister forum, China-Europe higher education forum, Asian education Beijing forum. Zhang Xinsheng said, China and the foreign countries have set up effective mechanism to communicate at regular intervals through these regional educations cooperation and communication platforms.

Except the cooperation with foreign country government, China has also actively promoted the educational communication of the Non-governmental organizations of China and foreign countries. China education international communication association is the first Non-government organization in China which specializing in education communication. Through the 25 years’ development, the association has owned more than 140 unit members and has got the United Nations award.

Zhang Xinsheng showed that China will actively set up and take advantage of the education consultation mechanism between China and foreign governments and international organizations to promote educational cooperation and communication to develop towards Omni-directional, multilevel and wide-range development.
