On Jan. 26, 2012, sponsored by Hanban, Dragon Year Spring Festival Evening Party was undertaken by the Heidelberg Confucian Institute in Eppenheim Hall with about 500 people present .The National Music Ensemble, Folk Song Group, Natioanl Dancing Group from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University presented a wonderful performance for the evening party.

The hosts and hostesses introduced the Chinese musical instruments, Chinese dancing and the origin of Chinese festival in German and Chinese. Everyone enjoyed the performance and Chinese culture.

Since 2009, Hanban has organized Students’ Art Groups to give performances in different parts of the world and received warm welcome.
This year, The Students’ Art Group has offered nine rounds of performances in eight Confucian institutes in Germany and Belgium.
In order to make the performance successful, the Confucian institute Heidelberg has done a lot of work in preparing and organizing this activity.
