This contest is sponsored by China HANBAN, the executive body of the Chinese Language Council International, undertaken by Hunan Provincial Department of Education and Hunan Broadcasting & Television Bureau, and is assisted by Hunan TV and Hunan Educational TV. The theme of this year's competition is "Fun with Chinese, hope for Success".
