On Thursday, 22 March 2012, the Groningen Confucius Institute (GCI) organized a ‘China Café’ in ‘Het Heerenhuis’ in Groningen. It was a great success. More than 30 people visited this event to exchange their expertise and business matters regarding China.

On Thursday, 22 March 2012, the Groningen Confucius Institute (GCI) organized a ‘China Café’ in ‘Het Heerenhuis’ in Groningen. It was a great success. More than 30 people visited this event to exchange their expertise and business matters regarding China.

 

Due to this success, GCI has planned another ‘China Café’ on 27 September 2012. It is our intention to organize this event 4 times per year. GCI hopes to facilitate meeting people who are interested in doing business in China. A genuine Guanxi event in the Chinese tradition!

 

This event aims to enhance business people in the Netherlands and North of Germany exchange and corporate on the business with China, at the same time introducing the business chinese course and some other courses in our institute, expanding Groningen Confucius Institute in local visibility and influence. The atmosphere of this event was very warm. The attendances discussed the change and development of business opportunity in China recent years. They also showed great interests on the economy,culture,language and many other things in China.

 

he vice-director of Groningen Confucius Institute Mrs Malikeie introduced our institute and the business chinese course and chinese culture course we will offer, we sincerely welcome the business and government people to register these course and learn about the chinese language and culture.

 

The attendees could also win a course ‘Business Chinese’. The lucky winner will learn some basic Chinese and business etiquette which will facilitate doing business with China.
