In the evening of 19th, July, education department of China embassy in UK held farewell meeting for the 100 “China government scholarship” international students from UK.

Shen Yanggong said on the meeting, that China government’s “study in China plan” offers many British students with good chance to know and learn about China. He hope that everyone try their best to be messenger promoting Sino-British through learn Chinese language, Chinese culture and making friends with Chinese students and scholars.

This year there are 100 excellent students from 20 British universities received “Chinese government scholarship”. They will go studying language, management and others like of totally 15 professional degree programs in 30 famous Chinese universities before September.

In the next 3 years, 1,500 thousand British students will be sent to China for short-term study and internship.
