Lately, about 14 foreign students from all over the world in HUST came to the elderly community. They helped to clean the window, chat with elderly and play ping-pong to show their practice in the spirit of Lei Feng.

At 2:30 pm, foreign students came to the elderly community and helped to clean up. “I know Lei Feng is a brilliant example for Chinese, so we also want to be Lei Feng.” Gao Ming, a student from Columbia heard Lei Feng’s story from his teacher and praised it greatly. “We are happy to help them. We want to take the spirit of Lei Feng to our country.” he said. They also learnt Chinese chess with the old teachers. Surprisingly, a Thailand student played chess with teacher after a short-time learning. Then they played ping-pong with old teachers, the old sent ping-pong rackets to them. The old teachers felt very happy and said: “It’s been a long time to have so much fun with them, thank you for foreign Lei Feng”.
