Applicants should have the conditions as follows：
Firstly, they should be non-Chinese nationality, should love Chinese culture, show friendship toward China, and has never been admitted by any kinds of scholarship. Secondly, Undergraduate students should be no more than 25 years old, master students not beyond 35 years old, and PhD, not exceeding 40 years old. Finally, we give priorities to students who have International education background, such as students who attend first-class universities in other non-native countries with their master or bachelor degree; we also prefer students apply for Chinese teaching project reached a certain professional Chinese level (HSK level 6 or new HSK level 4 passing line 180 points). In addition, English teaching project priorities: computer science and technology, industry and commerce administration, chemical engineering, civil engineering, etc.

For undergraduate student: Word-version form of Learning application form and Scholarship application form, photos application form passport pages, the highest degree certificate, transcript, health form, family income proof, the copy of HSK certificate and guarantor copy of valid certificates as well as study plan in China (500 words above)
For graduate student: mainly by teacher recommended. In the above undergraduate submit material basis, at least to submit two recommendation letters, and research proposal. If your certificate of highest record of formal schooling is not in English or Chinese, you must provide a notarized version in English or Chinese after that. Study plan in China calls for over 1000 words.
