Some students keep asking us about internship program in China. Few Chinese universities can provide such program, which is a big pity. But we got good news from Chongqing University of Science & Technology today. They can provide short term internship program for international students. Please check the details.

Internship duration
3 months (If you need to extend or study less than 3 months, please inform your teacher in advance.)

Syllabus
Plan A: Study Chinese language in the morning and go to the enterprise for internship in the afternoon.
Advantages:
The university can arrange accommodation for the 3 months.
Disadvantages:
The cost of transportation will be a bit high. And it will take you some time to go to enterprise and get back to school. Because enterprises may be in another district of Chongqing.

Plan B: Study Chinese language for 1 month and then go to the enterprises for internship for 2 months.
Advantages:
You need not come and go between the school and enterprises everyday. For the 1st month, you can spend all the time studying Chinese language. And then devoted yourself to internship for next two months.
Disadvantages:
Accommodation fee may be higher because for last two months you need to solve it by yourself.

To submit application for this internship program you need to,
1)    Prepare documents including copy of passport, highest education certificate, CV, any certificates proving your training or work experience is preferred.
2)    State your prospective field of the internship. And your advantages to qualify the position.
3)    Whether you are expected to be paid during this internship program.

Result announcement
The university will review the documents and qualification of all the applicants and then match them with the job description of certain enterprises. If you are qualified and pass the review, the school will apply for X2 visa for you so that you can study and stay in China legally for these 3 months.
