The fourth new year press conference of MOE reports that, in 2012 the total amount of International students in China, numbers of applicants’ countries and regions, amount of universities which enrolled international students, and the amount of students with China scholarship, these four indexes reached new records. The number of students inreaed by 35719 persons, up 12.21% from a year earlier. The Chinese government scholarship students increase in the number of 3081 people, up 11.99% from a year earlier

Till Jan.2013,there are 1780 authorized Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run education programs, 732 higher education programs ,43 institutes carrying out education programs above Bachelor degree. High quality Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run education programs keep increasing, more famous universities in China and foreign countries cooperate with each other on joint education program.
