| Step 1: Receive your admission package |
Part of the school provide batch delivery service( please not the university is not responsible for providing tracking number and exact delivery date since there are too many students’ documents to deal with). |
For some universities, CUAC provides individual DHL services for international Students who need it. Tracking number and scanned copies of admission documents can be sent to the students before delivery. Please inform CUAC in advance if you want this service. |
| Step 2: Apply your student visa |
After you get your offer letter and JW202, you can apply student visa to the China embassy in your country. For short-term program, students are required to apply for L visa to come to China. |

| Step 3: Book dormitory |
Some universities accept accommodation booking in advance but some universities don’t accept |
For some universities that accept accommodation booking, CUAC can help students book it, please inform CUAC in advance |
| Step4: Get your ticket |
Please directly book international flight to China in advance. |

| Step 5: Prepare your luggage |
Please prepare your clothes refer to the weather condition of the city you are going to , by the way, you can take some of your local fast food for the first few days use in China, what’s more, you’d better bring some passport photos with you( both 2 inch and 2 inch) and 1-meter and 3-meter network cable, transform convert, terminal plate and some pocket money. |

| Step 6: Pick up from airport |
Few universities offer free airport pick-up services, some universities provide airport pick-up services with booking fees. For those who register on the appointed dates, some universities allow students to apply for reimbursement with valid taxi invoice. |
CUAC will arrange reception services in the airport of Wuhan; guide you to arrive the university. Please confirm it with your course consult and book this service in advance if you need. |
| Step 7: Register in the school |
Most of universities require students to register on the appointed dates. Please bring all necessary original application documents when you register, including diploma certificates, transcripts, passport, foreigner physical examination form, your blood test report, passport photos, tec. |
Please inform your course consultant at least one week in advance if you cannot register on time so that the teacher an know about that. |
