Lately our office is doing a survery on about interntional students' selection of universities for September 2015 semester varying from different majors. According to the  data, Henan University is the most popular chosen by international students to study Chinese language. We inquired some international students and did some survey on Henan University.

About the school
1. Ranking 62th in comprehensive strengthen (Check the origin of 2015 Chinese University ranking ), with more than 100 years’ history.
2. In Qing Dynasty (清朝), HENU was one of the three studying abroad training centers for international students. (The other two are Tsinghua University and Shanghai Jiaotong University).
3. Being creative. As member of IAUP (International Association of University Presidents), HENU joins the development, achievement and researches on education of all over the world.

About the city – HENU is located in Kaifeng, Henan Province.
1. Kaifeng, is one of the 8 famous ancient cities in China. And it has been capital city for 8 different dynasties in the past. There are many famous historic interests where you can go and visit during spare time when you are studying Chinese there.

2. The economics development zone in the central plains of China. So it is also a modern and international city.

3. Henan is also the origin of Chinese Kongfu. If you are interested in Chinese Kongfu, you will enjoy more in Henan. One of the 10 famous Chinese ancient paintings “Along the River During the Qingming Festival” is painted based on the beautiful scenery in Kaifeng.
