1.When will my visa go into effect? And when will it be out of effect?
Answer: Unless stated, the effect will go into effect on the date of issuance of visas.
Visa will go out of effect in the following cases:
A) Exceed the entrance time
(B) The entrance time of visas exhausted;
(C) The visa was announced by the Chinese government authorities to be revoked or set aside;
(D) Other legal situations.
2.Can I change my itinerary after I get my visa?
Answer: Except the specified requirements in the visa, you can change the itinerary, but you must enter China before the entrance visa lapse. The Consulate General of the Chinese Embassy is not responsible to the visa’s invalidation cause by the change of itinerary.
3.What is the visa’s period stay? What can I do if my visa period stay is used up?
Answer: Visa period stay, means the time each holder is allowed to stay in China. The time is calculated from the date of entrance to the date to leave China. If the holder is going to stay longer, he must go to the local public security organs to apply for an extension before the expiration of the visa (but the application is not necessarily approved)
Holders of “Z” visa, "J-1" visa, "D" visa and "X" visa must apply for residence formalities within 30 days after entering the local public security organs. People who fails to complete the formalities, constitutes an illegal detention.

4. After I obtain a visa, could my validity for staying duration and times of entrance be changed?
Answer: You cannot change the visa validity period of stay or entrance times. Therefore, you should make arrangements. When applying for a visa, you must fill out the application form related projects. After receiving the visa, you should carefully check the visa’s contents. If you change, you should re-submit the material and apply for a visa , and in addition to pay the visa fee.
5. What do foreigners in China should pay attention to?
Answer: Foreign citizens who enter China must abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and shall not engage activities which are unrelated to apply for a visa or without the consent of the competent departments of the Chinese government activities. 6. Can I enter China after obtaining a visa?

7. I have got a new passport, but my China visa original passport is still valid, can I simultaneously hold two passports to China without applying for a new visa?
Answer: You do not need to take two passports with you. If the original passport is invalid or the valid period is less than 6 month, you need to hold the new passport to apply for the visa.
8. If my validity of my visa is out of time, am I allowed to stay in China?
Answer: You are allowed to stay in the period which you are allowed to stay.
9. What should I do if I lost my passport while I was in China?
Answer: You should report to the local public security organs as soon as possible and go to its embassies and consulates in China to apply for a new passport or other international travel documents, and then to the Chinese public security organs to apply for a new position.
10. Can I go to China embassy to consulate the information of other people?
Answer: No, you cannot.
