on 28th, October, "the third wolrd mahjong championship" took place in Qianjiang of Chongqing, Sichuan province. the game lasts 4 days, a number of over 300 players from China, USA, Germany, Denmark and so on in total of 20 ares and nations took part. the game will decide individual, team and group rankings. the world mahjong championship is a global mahjong competition hosted by World Mahjong Organization.
