In the season of osmanthus fragrance，we went to Zhejiang Normal University(ZJNU). The fragrance of osmanthus flowers everywhere in this awesome university.

The decision has been made since discussing with the teachers in Zhejiang Normal University. This year, we recommend approximately 300 international students for them. So, in order to make the freshman reception runs alright, we stayed in ZJNU couple of days to help those teachers. Also, we hope to talk with our students face to face and help them hand by hand.

Our journey started with a university map. After a rest at the hotel nearby, we were following a university map to get familiar with the campus as soon as possible.

The first image of this university is huge and beautiful. Two fields of sunflowers sand at the back side of main gate. Let’s just call them sunflowers, I am not so sure. They are not high, but really look like sunflowers. The scene is spectacular.

We started to look for off-campus apartments, because the teacher from ZJNU told us that the student dormitory inside campus might not be enough this year. So we'll find a suitable apartment outside earlier for back up.

In the afternoon, 18th Sep, we were helping a beautiful Russia girl to move house. Although her luggage was quite heavy, still we were really happy to see her happy smiling after all. Now, did you see the picture down there with our beautiful Russian girl in the middle? Look at that thankfully smiling, wow, that’s why I love my job.

That day, two of our workmate also went there to help the airport pick up. It’s quite far to get them from Shanghai Pudong airport to Jinhua, so a little late. However, the harvests of smiles were great. Obviously, all of our overseas students are very happy and excited.

Finally, all of them arrived overseas students dormitory at 10 pm. Moreover, everybody are happy with their new room.

We were taking the place first and waiting for the arrival of our students later.

That’s us, looks a little bit tired. Gradually, all our students found us at the correct location, it truly took time. We solved their problem, and we were trying to we are also to guide them as far as possible.

This picture below is basically all my students from Ethiopia. It’s kind of amazing to take photos with them all. Also, a few of them were upper there in the left corner, even I couldn’t match them with their name, but I can see they were gathering together, which is really really happy.

Tense and fulfilling trip after couple of busy days, all students have finished their registration. The good feedback from our students in ZJNU is our best gifts for this journey. They are happy with their new study environment too. Although they might take time to get used to live in China, it’s worthwhile for a fantastic overseas experience for them.

This autumn we recruited approximately 300 overseas students for ZJNU, from pick up to enrolment we only can meet around 100 of them. Although it’s hard to meet them one by one in one time, we will keep helping all of them during the time they are in China. Furthermore, we will carry on our concept: Studying in China One-stop Service, to let our overseas friends really feels our services.

Make persistent efforts, we hope we can service more students, make more friends, and provide more satisfactory service.
