Educational Background
You are required to possess a bachelor degree or above with a strong academic subject background such as foreign languages, IT, Mathematics, Biology, Psychology, Philosophy etc.
Credentials
If you want to be an English teacher, you must have the qualifications of university teaching certificate as teaching English as a second language such as TESOL, TEFOL, and Cambridge CELTA, International Teacher Certificate and Foreign Expert Certificate.
If you want to be a teacher of other subjects, then you must have the qualifications of university teaching certificate, International Teacher Certificate, Foreign Expert Certificate and a relevant subject certificate.
Working Experience & Ability
Foreign teachers should have a minimum 2 years teaching experience in an accredited school.
Foreign teachers should demonstrate successful teaching experience and have the knowledge of content, curriculum and keen understanding of the needs of students.
Attitude
Foreign teachers should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Foreign teachers should be willing to take up the challenge with passion and commitment and not be afraid of hard work.
Foreign teachers should support the mission and development of the universities and being culturally receptive.
